FitSister Training Foundations is ideal if:

  • You’re brand new to lifting

  • You’ve worked out before but never felt confident with weights

  • You’ve relied mostly on cardio and want to build real strength

  • You’re returning after time off and want to rebuild safely

  • You want professional eyes on your form before training independently

How It Works

Three 60-minute private sessions. Each session builds on the last:

Session 1 – Movement Assessment & Fundamentals
We assess mobility, stability, and basic patterns. You’ll learn proper bracing, positioning, and foundational mechanics.

Session 2 – Building the Core Lifts
We layer in load with goblet squats, hinges, presses, rows, and carries. You’ll learn cues and corrections specific to your body.

​

Session 3 – Putting It Together
We integrate movements into a structured training format and discuss how to continue progressing — whether independently or with ongoing coaching.

Where do we train?

FitSister Foundations is offered as a private training experience in the Miami area. Sessions may take place in your home (with appropriate space and equipment) or at my fully equipped private garage training studio. Together, we’ll choose the setting that best supports your goals.

In three sessions, you’ll learn how to lift safely, train effectively, and progress with purpose.
