I didn’t become a coach because I love calorie math or chasing aesthetics.​ I became a coach because I’ve seen what happens when we broaden our definition of health — beyond how we look — to include how we feel and how we live.

For over 20 years, I’ve been inside the fitness world as an athlete, a coach, and a woman navigating midlife in real time. I’ve trained hard. I’ve burned out. I’ve evolved.
I’ve learned that real health isn't built through extremes. It's built by aligning your goals with your real life and building structure that bends instead of breaks.

Sarah Wilson is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach (Precision Nutrition), and Certified Women’s Coaching Specialist (Girls Gone Strong) with over 20 years of experience in strength training and endurance sport. A former Team USA duathlete and CrossFit coach, she blends evidence-based training, nutrition science, and real-life behavior change to help clients build sustainable strength, confidence, and clarity.
