30- or 90-day
Personalized Nutrition Coaching

 This 1:1 coaching experience gives you the tools and structure to finally understand your nutrition and take control of your results.


With expert guidance and ongoing accountability, you’ll learn how to fuel for strength, optimize your metabolism, and feel confident in your plan.

How We Start:

• A quick Email Welcome Packet to get you set up and grounded.

• A comprehensive nutrition assessment to understand your current habits, metabolism, and goals.


• A 60-minute Zoom Discovery Call to clarify your goals, your story, and what’s been getting in the way.

​What I Do Next:

• I create a customized coaching plan based on your real life—not someone else’s rules.


• Your plan includes simple, sustainable shifts in nutrition, movement, and mindset.

How We Work Together:

• Two 30-minute coaching calls each month (Zoom or phone—your choice).


• Weekly action steps + habit coaching to help you stay consistent without burning out.


• Ongoing support and accountability via text or email—because real change happens between sessions, not in a spreadsheet.


• A 15-minute Final Coaching Review to reflect, regroup, and set you up for continued progress and confidence.

Group Coaching Program

Three months. One strong community.
A clear framework to help you take ownership of your health—for good.

This isn’t a challenge, a detox, or a bootcamp.
It’s a guided group experience designed to help you shift your mindset, build sustainable habits, and stay accountable alongside women who get it.

Here’s how Group Coaching works:

 

The Structure:

Each of the 3 months has a focused theme to guide your growth:

Month 1: Mindset Reset
Break the rules that no longer serve you and rebuild self-trust.

Month 2: Strength in Action
Turn your “why” into consistent habits that support your strength and energy.

Month 3: Thriving in Strength
Make it stick for life—create your own sustainable, flexible plan.

 

🧠 What You’ll Do Each Week

Sundays:


You’ll receive a weekly email with a short coaching prompt to get your mind in the right place for the week ahead. (Takes less than 10 minutes.)

Live Group Coaching Call (Weekly, Time TBD):


Join your live Zoom group coaching call led by Sarah. These calls include guided coaching, mindset work, action steps, and Q&A.


📌 Can’t make it live? No problem—all calls are recorded and uploaded within 24 hours. Additional live sessions time slots may be made available.​

Throughout the Week:


✔ Optional weekly mini video lesson

✔ Group support, Q&A, and feedback between calls
✔ Share your wins, struggles, and insights in a supportive community

Each week builds on the last—with coaching focused on movement, mindset, and nutrition in a way that’s simple, clear, and effective.
