How We Start:
• A quick Email Welcome Packet to get you set up and grounded
• A 60-minute Zoom Discovery Call to clarify your goals, your story, and what’s been getting in the way
What I Do Next:
• I create a customized coaching plan based on your real life—not someone else’s rules
• Your plan includes simple, sustainable shifts in nutrition, movement, and mindset
How We Work Together:
• Two 30-minute coaching calls each month (Zoom or phone—your choice)
• Weekly action steps + habit coaching to help you stay consistent without burning out
• Ongoing support and accountability via text or email—because life doesn’t happen in a spreadsheet
• A 15-minute Final Coaching Review to reflect, regroup, and set you up for what’s next
